Too much new Shadowrun goodness to fit in the headline! Read on!

We have so many wonderful Shadowrun offerings to brighten your fall! All sorts of shadowy deeds are waiting to be committed with the resources from three–three!–new books that are available now!

First up is Hard Targets, a Deep Shadows book focused on the sometimes-unpleasant job of wetwork. It’s out now in a PDF version and available for print pre-order (Battleshop, DriveThruRPG) Whether you’re a runner looking to get into the assassination biz, a team taking a job to stop an assassin, or someone who has a contract on their head and people out looking to colelct, this book is full of information you need to know, including tips and tools for people in the trade. It also has a detailed look at the city of Havana in the Caribbean League, where all sorts of wetwork jobs are going down. Here’s the full description:

The Cloak of Death

It’s thick. Luxurious. Concealing. The cloak of death will make you feared, envied, and maybe even wealthy. It will also smother your soul. The best assassins in the Sixth World can gain untold wealth and make the whole world shake, but they also will be hunted and stalked until the end of their days. Assuming their conscience doesn’t eat them alive.

Hard Targets is a shadowrunner’s guide to bringing death, with information on getting into wetwork, tactics for doing the job, and critical gear. It also contains plot details and adventure hooks, including an in-depth look at the city of Havana in the Caribbean League, a political and criminal hotspot that lends itself to all sorts of wetwork jobs. The work is there—if you can deaden your soul enough to take it.

Hard Targets is a Deep Shadows book for use with Shadowrun, Fifth Edition.

Next up is a compilation of adventures called Boundless Mercy, also available for PDF purchase and print pre-order (Battleshop, DriveThruRPG). I make a habit of asking players and gamemasters at the big summer convention which of the Missions that were run at the convention were the most fun. And a few years back, the same group of Missions kept coming up–the series that has now been collected in this book. With an ongoing plotline, the adventures in this book can form a campaign, or they can be run individually and interspersed with other plotlines. However you decide to use it, fun awaits! Here’s more info:

The Hunt is On

Elizabeth Nunn, a delightful woman who happens to have an odd habit of hanging out in hospitals and abandoned churches, has a grudge. A deep grudge. The kind of grudge that requires professional help to work out, and we’re not talking about a psychotherapist. She needs shadowrunners, and if they’re willing to take on the job, they’ll encounter fierce gangers, wild critters, and members of a secret magical society who fiercely guard their secrets. If the runners can survive, they can find out just what Nunn is mad about—and how far she is willing to go for her revenge.

Boundless Mercy is a series of Shadowrun Missions that were first run at major conventions. Featuring four linked adventures with complete game information, this book offers plenty of resources for gamemasters—and some steep challenges for players.

Boundless Mercy is for use with Shadowrun, Fifth Edition.

And finally we have the last book in the Shadows in Focus: Sioux Nation series. The most recent book in that series, Butte, contained an overview of that multi-level city, and now we have a PDF adventure called Counting Coup (Battleshop, DriveThruRPG) that brings you to Butte and other locations in the Sioux Nation on a challenging mission. Here’s the rundown:

Running Into Danger

Illegally entering the Sioux Nation is hard. So is crossing the Sioux National Police. Doing both? That will earn you a good payday or a bullet in the head. But that’s the job that’s been offered. And what shadowrunner worth their mettle can resist the chance to make some powerful friends and even more powerful enemies?

Mika, a shadowrunner active on JackPoint, is hiring, and players have a great chance to make a pile of nuyen while showing just how much skill they have. They’ll have to move fast, stay alert, and make sure they hit whatever they’re aiming at. Just like they always do.

Counting Coup is an adventure set in the Sioux Nation and part of the Shadows in Focus: Sioux Nation series. It makes a great tie-in to that series, especially the Butte book, but it can also be used on its own. Counting Coup is compatible with Shadowrun, Fifth Edition.
